Board of Trustees position

The board of trustees are now looking for new members who have a keen interest in music and can offer their expertise in helping to run the charity. This may be through business management, accounting, or musicianship skills.

We are seeking individuals who can help shape the future of the charity to ensure it remains financially and creatively viable. The trustees meet to discuss and make decisions about the charity as a team, and oversee the responsibilities of the part time staff.

There will need to be a willingness and ability to devote the necessary time and effort to attend Board and other meetings, including preparing and reading for those meetings, and to participate in the effective governance and management of the Charity.

Applicants are asked to send in a CV and covering letter explaining why they wish to be a board member and the qualities, skills and relevant experience they can bring to the organisation.

For more information on the charity please view our website www.wiltshireruralmusic.co.uk or for an informal discussion call Alan MacRae (WRM Chairman) on 07854 469981.
